Midnight Kiss via TipsyBartender

The expression that Jessica made after she took that sip was quite hilarious. A really nice looking cocktail that DEFINITELY packs a bit of punch.

Recipe
3/4oz to 1 oz Vodka
5oz Champagne
1/4oz Blue Curacao
Garnish with Orange Slice
