Poinsettia - TipsyBartender

Besides, Kristina saying "Dubstep is the new Heavy Metal" (I don't really care for either genres, but I know they are definitely too disparate music styles), I have to say this is a chill video. The drink looks absolutely tasty and would be a great way to bring in a new year. And of course, it's aesthetically pleasing to the ladies with the color and the nice orange twist garnish at the end to bring out the taste buds more! Check it out. Thanks to the Tipsy Bartender for holding it down!!!Shoutout to Kristina for being the only one that takes more than a sip, but downs the dayum drink!! No beef from earlier =).

Recipe:
1oz Triple Sec
2oz Cranberry Juice
Top with Champagne
Orange Twist

Chocolate Raspberry Martini - TipsyBartender

Yo, I love Rachel's personality. She exudes sexy without even trying, but that's a different story. This is another cool drink to make for the ladies. Really smooth, good looking, and appealing. I'm sure you could probably get the panties off or at the very least get some good points in with this drink. Peep the recipe:

2oz Raspberry Vodka
1 1/2oz Creme de Cacao
Raspberries

Miracle Punch - TipsyBartender

Here's another awesome type of Jungle Juice recommended by the Tipsy Bartender. If you haven't seen the other Jungle Juice mixes, you can peep my other posts titled Pineapple Jam and of course, Jungle Juice.

This one has a lot of cool ingredients, but most notably I really like the addition of Pink Lemonade as opposed to your typical Red Hawaiian Punch. So, peep it out:

Bottle of Everclear
Bottle of 99 Grapes (you can substitute for 99 Oranges)
Bottle of Pineapple Vodka
Bottle of Coconut Rum
4 Liters of Sprite
1 Liter Pink Lemonade

We're actually going to try this out for New Year's Eve but with our own flavor, so expect a post by next week!! Enjoy!!!

Polar Bear Hot Chocolate - TipsyBartender

Word to the wise: do not (I REPEAT) do not knock this drink as something that is very easily going down the system. It's not a girly drink by any means. The Peppermint Schnapps is at a pretty strong 90%. That's more powerful than Vodka. Never judge a book by its cover because you will get twisted on the low. Trust me! LOLOL. Here are the ingredients for the recipe!!!

2oz Peppermint Schnapps
3/4oz Baileys Irish Cream
3/4oz White Creme de Cacao
Chocolate Flakes
Whipped Cream
Hot Water

A warm, toasty, creamy, chocolatey drink to bring in the new year!!!

Christmas Cookie Martini - TipsyBartender

This looks kinda cool, but I think my chances of getting diabetes would increase greatly after drinking this. LOLOL. In all sincerity, this looks really good especially for the ladies. It's what I call an after dinner cocktail. Great ingredients, the right level of liquor and sweetness for the females. It's definitely one of those drinks you can do for your date on the way back home. Set her up with this cool cocktail. You might even want to add a little bit of chocolate syrup with a hint of crushed candy cane to add a bit more to the taste. Check out the recipe:

1oz Vodka
2oz Mint Baileys
Oreo Cookies
Chocolate Syrup

While I sip on my Chai Latte with Cruzan Vanilla and Bacardi Superior, I'm posting up another Christmas recipe. This one is a bit different. Why? Well, the recipe calls for a sweet very pretty spicy taste. You'll be hit with warmness and sweetness all at the same time. Crazy, right?

All right, check out the recipe:

2oz Pepper Infused Vodka
2oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Whipped Cream
Thai Chili Pepper
Cocoa Powder

Cinnamon Creme via TipsyBartender (Christmas Drink)

Here's another deceiving drink from the Tipsy Bartender. This drink is really illusive because if you were drinking it and going off the pretty visual, you'll be out in a drink or two.....guaranteed. The Goldschlager makes this drink pretty dayum strong. Check out the ingredients below:

2oz Baileys
2oz Goldschlager
3/4oz Butterscotch Schnapps
Chocolate Syrup
Milk Chocolate

Christmas Cocktail: Chocolate Peppermint Cookie

I was actually just talking about a Peppermint Patty right on my Tumblr. This is a cook recipe with a very interesting tequila. Check it out:

3/4 oz. Partida Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
3/4 oz. Godiva Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. Cream

Christmas Cocktails: Gingerbread Martini

Ahh, Gingerbread Men! Man, I can just taste one right now. But hey, there's nothing wrong with an alcoholic twist! Martini style, too? Hmm, we'll have to see about this one! Check out what the people from Common Man Cocktails have to offer!!!

Recipe
1 1/2 oz. DiVine Vodka
1/2 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Coffee-Mate Gingerbread Latte

Nice vodka based Christmas drink! Enjoy!!!

Saucy Eggnog - TipsyBartender

Yo, this ish is no regular eggnog! Bacardi 151 ALWAYS livens the party! Trust me! Satisfaction of tipsyness is GUARANTEED!! BEST BELIEVE!!! If you are looking to get nice really quick (after one glass), this is the thing for you. The eggnog and the Bacardi 151 make the perfect mesh. Yes, you will taste some of the strength of the 151, but seeing as eggnog and the Kahlua will create a very rich drink, you'll taste a lot of the flavor of the additives to the drink. Here's a quick break down of the ingredients:

1 1/2oz Kahlua
1 1/2oz Bacardi 151
Top with Eggnog

This screams a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year all in one! LOL. Enjoy!!!

Christmas Cocktails: How to Make a Baileys Peppermint Cream

Now this looks quite astounding!!! I bet this is the perfect type of drink to help you get warm right after your day outside in the snow, ski slopes and the like. Check out the easy to do recipe!

2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream with Mint
4 oz. Hot Chocolate
Whipped Cream
Broken up Candy Cane
Mint Leaf

Christmas Cocktails - Hot Buttered Rum and Candy Cane

I actually tried the Hot Buttered Rum earlier today, and I have to say it's not too shabby. I really think I should've put more rum in the drink, but I didn't have much rum on deck, and I had things to do. Next time, I do try it, it'll definitely have a lot more rum in it! LOLOLOL. Candy Looks interesting, but I'm not really big on flavored Vodkas unless it's Ciroc because the taste is rather light and appealing. Anyway, check out below for recipes and details!

2oz Strawberry Vodka
1/2oz White Creme de Menthe
2oz Cranberry Juice
2 Candy Cane Sticks

I'm posting two videos for Hot Buttered Rum - a little one that's quick and funny..another one a bit more detailed.

Dash of Nutmeg
Dash of Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Hot Water
Small piece of Butter

1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

CÎROC Luck Be a Lady Short Film

Here it is the new short film by Blue Flame Agency for Ciroc. The theme is a Las Vegas, Rat Pack type of feel. The director of the film is Anthony Mandler (very known for his work with Rihanna). You'll see some famous people in here like Diddy, Aaron Paul, Michael Williams, Dania Ramirez, and Eva Pigford to name a few. I honestly wish this was longer, but it's pretty cool being just under 4 minutes. Check it out!

How to Make Vodka Watermelon the Skyy John Way!

I've seen Vodka Waltermelon done on a number of videos, but never to this extent! The key here is getting you laced up! LOL. What you would typically have is Vodka infused into the Watermelon to give you a natural, alcoholic treat. However, his crew adds in these particular ingredients:

Vodka
Rum
Gin
Tequila
Triple Sec

Basically, it's a Long Island Iced Tea in the form of a watermelon. Crazy, right? Enjoy the video! Nearly one more week til Christmas! Any holiday drinks you like to sip?

Art of Celebration (Ciroc)

This is a very interesting kind of marketing campaign that Diddy is throwing. By being a real internet sensation, and having a quality product, that's really all you need nowadays to truly break something. I mean, look at how everything is coming up from Art, Music, and even Sports. Yes, there are still many Television advertisements, but the Internet in the past few years has really taken on a role to make things more viral. Diddy has that on lock when it comes to Ciroc. This whole product placement, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube following has really created a lot of momentum turning Ciroc from a no name brand into a household name not only in the Urban communities, but mainstream America!

What I truly love about this video is Diddy always aims for an elegant vibe from the 40s to 60s. Always has some Frank Sinatra or Nat King Cole music in the background with a ritz decor from the style of dress and the places. It gives Ciroc the element of class. Check it out:

How to pour 3 Shots at the same time!!

All you do is simply put enough ice in three shakers or glasses, whatever you want then a lil bit with the shot of liquor of your choice. Also, put another glass or shaker at the end. Make sure you put them together tightly so the ice doesn't fall out or this won't work. Line up your shot glasses and pour accordingly. This is a really simple, but pretty cool looking drink when making multiple shots. I've seen people do as much as ten at the same time. Crazy, right?! Enjoy the tutorial below!!!

Should you buy a girl a drink by Skyy John

LOL. This is extremely hilarious yet somewhat true. I've only bought one girl a drink but that's cuz I know her..hahahaha. I see so many cats in the club, bar, lounge or whatever thinking they can buy a girl a drink and somehow end up with a dance or so, a number and whatever else. However, females are SMART! VERY SMART! They'll lure you into THINKING you gonna get that, but all you'll get is a huge ass bill. So if you don't got it, don't even try it. And if you do, you probably shouldn't anyway! LMFAO! Peep game to the Skyy John!

2oz Tequila
Fill with Orange Juice
1/2oz Grenadine

A very simple yet VERY tasty kind of drink. Almost makes you feel as if you are on an island! Check out the video below:

Drinking for Keeps: The Tower of Power

Look at that Mario piece! You already know what you're in store for! Shoutout to Mushroom Tower for the dope pic! Anyway, onto the drinks!

These days nothing too much amazes me, but I have to say this was pretty cool to watch. I love the concept of setting up a psuedo-tower to help make the drinks. The presentation was dope. Here you have 6 different shots:

Jagerbomb - Jagermeister + Redbull
Dr. Pepper - Amaretto and Beer + Coke
Randy Savage - Jack Daniels + Strongbow
Bam Bam Bigelow - Blue Curacao + Cherry Brandy and Redbull
Sakebomb - Hot Sake + Sapporo
Irish Car Bomb - Jameson's + Bailey's and Guinness

Now, from the first few drinks, you should already get pretty wasted. However, downing these the way this guy does and the speed! Um, can you say pure insanity?_? (no exercise). All right, here it goes. Peep this crazy guy down these in a flash!

How To Make The Root Beer Float Cocktail

First off, I used to love floats as a kid. I'm sure this would make another EXCELLENT party drink with an adult twist! I mean, who would turn down ice cream flavor with alcohol? LOL. Here are the ingredients:

1.5 ounces of Vanilla Three Olives Vodka
2 ounces of Root Beer Schnapps
A bit of Simple Syrup
A bit of Coca Cola
The tip with whip cream
Stir!

That's it! Check it out below:

How to Make a Lemon Drop

You may have heard the song, "Shots" by LMFAO ft Lil Jon. Remember the one part of the song where Lil Jon breaks down different shots, and he says - Lemon Drop. Well, here is how to make one!! Peep the ingredients:

1oz Lemon Vodka
1/2oz Triple Sec
1/2oz Sweet & Sour

Pretty chill, right? Check what Mr. Skyy John has to say about this stuff, and catch a video of him rocking correctly. Oh yea, you can check the video to "Shots" right under the recipe vid!

How to make the JagerBubble Cocktail

Now this sounds extremely interesting. Never have I thought of mixing Jager with Vodka let alone a BubbleGum Flavored Vodka. Apparently, it all really goes together. That's definitely something I will have to try in a bar or something somewhere. The ingredients goes as follows:

1 oz. Jagermeister

1 oz. Bubble Vodka

4 oz. Cream Soda

What's crazy is you think the Jagermeister would over take the flavor. Not the case. Why? Well, the Bubble Vodka is a bit on eh side but when you put the cream soda in plus the Jager, it all comes out in a sort of bubblegum flavored taste. Apparently, the Jager has a little after kick that you'll pretty much taste getting into the bottom. That's understandable because it is at the base of the drink, right?

Anyway, check it out.

Thanksgiving Cocktail: How To Make The Turkey Feather

First of all, Happy Early Turkey Day (2 Days, I know).

2nd of all, Mega Shoutouts to Everyday Drinkers for posting this recipe:

2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 oz. Drambuie
1/2 oz. Amaretto

As you can see, it doesn't have too much flare, kick or tropicalness such as the other drinks I've posted. However, it's a nice kind of spiced drink perfect for the holidays. Enjoy!

How to make The PunchOut!

Here's a drink I came up with over the weekend that's really smooth tasting, but will put you on your butt!

All right:

2 Liters of Raspberry Simply Lemonade (it's a really good mix that isn't terribly sweet, but has a really great flavor).

1 pint of Ciroc Redberry (the redberry is pretty bitter as far as flavored vodkas go, and is the perfect base to keep the sweetness of the raspberry lemonade at bay).

2-3 shots of Three Olives Vodka (it'll make your drink stronger, but does not take away from the flavor and smoothness of the redberry).

There you have it! A nice, party drink for your people! Enjoy!

How to make Skittles Vodka

Well, here's a cool drink with a lot of flava and spunk. I guess you can call this one of the most popular drinks, but here's a bit of that with a twisted kind of mix to make it taste like a vodka on steroids! At any rate, here are the ingredients:

5 bottles of vodka
1 bag of skittles

Remember, it's best to filter your skittles to make a much cleaner drink. Also, it's better to drink this really cold!

Step 1: Organize your skittles (make even line with the flavor).

Step 2: Put them in the bottle, but make sure the amount is not too crazy because you don't want a syrupy taste. (I mean, who would want vodka that says like a fruity, syrupy drink?)

Step 3: Shake em up.

Step 4: Make sure you put them in something like a cold freezer for 24 hours. It's best to shake it up every so often within that 7 day period.

Step 5: Use a coffee filter to help get rid of the excess Skittles.

Once you are comfortable with doing these steps, you can slowly add whatever types of liquor you feel may add to the table!

For more info, check the table!

How to Make a Piña Colada

How to make a Black Russian and a White Russian

Very, very easy to make actually!

There's a small different between the Black Russian and White Russian.

How to Make Jungle Juice!!!

Now as everyone knows, Jungle Juice will forever be the frat drink of choice! I mean, high level of alcohol and tons of juice to appeal to everyone. Who wouldn't drink it, right? RIGHT! All right, look at the picture above. Take a good look because that typical mix of a full handle of Everclear plus a full gallon of Hawaiian Punch is not what's about to pop off right now! This mix is much MORE POTENT!! WHY do you ask?

Well, let me break down the ingredients for y'all:

Bottle of Everclear (note that in certain parts you can only get lighter versions of Everclear, but the one I'm more familiar with is the 190 proof..for people that don't know what that entails, that's over 85%)

Take a look:

The rest of the ingredients is as follows:

Bacardi 151 (Another strong proof drink with EVERCLEAR!! WHAT?!)
3 Bottles of Vodka
Bottle of Apple Schnapps
Bottle of Malibu
Bottle of Gin
Bottle of Sour Apple Pucker
Bottle of Peach Schnapps

As you can see, from the recipe which will be shown in the video below, that is a TRUCKLOAD of alcohol. Now the thing with Jungle Juice is as much alcohol you put in, you normally put in 3x as much juice to hopefully mask the taste of the alcohol. Of course, if you eat the fruit, you'll be extremely twisted. For the recipe the Tipsy Bartender uses, he includes different things like:

Crush (Orange)
Pineapple Juice
Hawaiian Punch
7up
Sprite

Here's the video below:

How to Make a Zombie aka get you super crunk!

I haven't tried this out yet, but I may have to next week. I want a drink to put me on my ass! LOLOL.

Ingredients:

2oz Dark Rum
2oz White Rum
1/2oz Grenadine
1oz Pineapple Juice
1oz Orange Juice
1/2oz Bacardi 151

Now, initially see Dark and White Rum together. I instantly thought total black out session, period! Now, I see you add a Bacardi 151 to the mix. Yeah, your ass is not getting home! LOLOLOL. I know I'll have to make sure I eat a lot before I even decided to partake in this. Now, I've had a full shot of everclear before (I have no idea why), but this might be a challenge for me. LOL. Anyway, check how the Tipsy Bartender mixes it up!

A Collage of Cocktails

I just thought this was a really cool picture of a bunch of famous cocktails!

How to Make - Sweet & Sour

This is pretty simple. One thing, pretty much all stores and liquor stores should have some version of sweet and sour. These are really great for Mai Tais, Margaritas, and Long Island Ice Teas. However, it's difficult to find in places outside of Europe. So, here's how to make it on your own.

All right, remember the other post with the Simple Syrup syrup mix? Well, all you do now is take an equal amount of the simple syrup and match it with lemon juice. Yup! Lemon Juice. To add a bit more volume, fullness, and an interesting taste. Use an egg white or two and stir it up really nicely!

That's pretty much it!!! Take a look at a visual below:

How to Make Simple Syrup

A lot of times in mixes you'll see this simple ingredient. You wonder, "What is Simple Syrup?". Well, let me tell you, it's not hard to make. The reason why bartenders might use this in your drink is to had more flavor as well as give your drink more volume. Here's how it goes:

The ratio is to a 2:1

2 Cups of Sugar
1 Cup of Water

First step: Take your one cup of water and bring it to a nice boil.
Second step: Take a measuring cup or just generally have an idea of what one or two cups look like, and pour accordingly into the pot of boiling water.
Third Step: Stir the sugar in the pot until it fully dissolves.

Now, the next post I'll get into how to make sweet and sour right from the simple syrup mix. Note, that you can use this simple syrup in a lot of other drinks such as daiquiris, hurricanes, and mojitos!

Get a visual of how to make this below:

How to Make the Diddy and OG Diddy

Yup, here's another Ciroc post. Two of my favorite drinks ever. The Diddy and the OG Diddy.

They are very simple to make.

The Diddy

Take 1.5 Ounces of Ciroc Vodka (Original Blue Label Ciroc)
Take 3 Ounces of Simply Lemonade
Shake it up (whether you have two cups or an actual mixer)
Then simply pour into a tall glass filled with ice.

*note, you do not have to use simply lemonade to make the drink, but I highly recommend it because it just tastes a lot better...something about the juice and the palms from the lemon just give it an extra flavor*

The OG Diddy

Take 1.5 Ounces of Ciroc Vodka (Original Blue Label, of Course)
Take 1.5 Ounces of Simply Lemonade
Take an additional 1.5 ounces of Welches Grape (any kind of Cranberry Grape juice will work..I use Ocean Spray Crangrape Juice if I don't have Welches)
Shake it up
Pour into a tall glass of ice.

If you are the type of person that doesn't look forward to a crazy after taste, this is the type of drink for you. It goes down smoothly, the natural snap frost grape flavor of the Ciroc + the lemonade and Crangrape work really well together.

Ciroc Peach Cocktails

*added Winter 2017* - Check out the new Ciroc Summer Colada

This Peach Flavored vodka is very smooth. While other peach flavored vodkas might have that serious burn, this is very nice and elegant going down. It has a few interesting floral and citrus notes that makes it perfect for sipping on ice or having in cocktail that only needs one mixer. You can use some orange juice or cranberry juice to keep it simple. Or if you really want a twist you can do a classic Sex on The Beach Cocktail using the Ciroc. It's called the Ciroc Peach on the Beach.

Seeing as I'm an alcohol connoisseur (if there is such a thing..no, I'm not an alcoholic..lol). I randomly decided to make a blog! Here's my first post!! I love Ciroc with a passion, and here is a cool person that knows how to make a mix for the fellas as well as the ladies. She goes by the name of DJ Makeup Box. Check out some of the cool recipes below
