I need to get my hands on some Ginger Beer. I know this probably has a really great herbal looking taste. If you like more cocktail that use cucumber slices or vegetables, check out Tequila Salsa, Game of Thrones, and Burning Mandarin.

Diced Cucumbers
Fill with Ginger Beer
