REVERSE MANHATTAN with 3 Sweet Vermouths (Steve the Bartender)

Niceeeeee. I'm loving the concept of this drink. A cool, reverse twist on a Manhattan.

2 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Rye Whiskey (1 oz)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

- 50% Cocchi di Torino
- 40% Punt e Mes
- 10% Carpano Antica Formula

Another Time (The Educated Barfly)

This is so delicious looking. Definitely a nice remix on a Pina Colada.

1 1/2 oz Gosling's Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz (15ml) Coconut Cream (or syrup)
1 bar Spoon Cane Syrup
Lime Wheel Garnish

Gandalf Grog - Lord of the Rings Inspired Cocktail (Secret of the Booze)

I always like Grog-based cocktails. They are usually have a little kick with a nice taste.

1 cup Boiling Water
2 oz Myers Dark Rum
1/4-1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 tbs Brown Sugar
Mix Myers Dark Rum, Lime Juice, and Brown Sugar. Then pour in boiling hot water. Garnish with cinnamon Stick and Orange Peel.

Coffee Cocktail (The Educated Barfly)

It's interesting that there's no actual coffee in here, but it tastes just like it. It reminds me of the Chocolate Cake shot! You can check that out and other dessert drinks here!

1 1/2 oz Cognac
1 1/2 oz Ruby Port
1/2 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
1 Whole Egg
Fresh Nutmeg Garnish

Now, I've never seen something like this cocktail. A mash-up between a Mint Julep and Sherry Cobbler? Wow! Very intrigued! Check it out

2oz Amontillado Sherry
1/2 oz Bols Genever
1/2 oz Dry Curaçao
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 Drop Menthol Tincture (Combine 1oz Menthol Crystals with 5oz Everclear or high proof Vodka in a sealable Jar and Shake. The crystals will dissolve and infuse in about 24 hours. It keeps indefinitely.)
