How to Make the Angie Collins via Common Man Cocktails

Funny, that's actually one of my sisters. LOL. A lot of bitters in this one!

Recipe
1 1/2 oz Bitters
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Simple Syrup
Fill with Soda
