Alaska Sour - The Proper Pour with Charlotte Voisey

This looks absolutely awesome. Egg whites in cocktail definitely add a whole new texture. I love when people from different countries really know the right amount of mixes to put in their drink to make the cocktail get the true essence on the taste buds. I definitely dig this one. I'm going to have to make it one of these days.


1 1/2 oz Hendrick's Gin
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
1/4 oz egg white
