Very interesting stuff here, ladies!!
1 fresh egg white
2 ounces gin
1 ounce fresh squeezed and strained lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
1 bottle Unibroue Ephemere, chilled
1.Into the smaller cup of a cocktail shaker add the egg white. Into the larger cup add the gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. Merge both cups and dry shake (without ice) vigorously for 1 minute or until you feel the shaker "expand" in your hand. Pop the shaker open and add ice. Close and shake vigorously for 5-12 minutes.
Strain into a saucer glass, about 3/4 full and top with Unibroue Ephemere.
