Beer Chicks: Ass Over Tea Kettle

For females that love beer, you might wanna check this one out. And to really get you motivated, these are two great females, Christina and Hallie, that know exactly what they are talking about! I'm not even a beer fan, but even I have to say this is definitely a great beer cocktail type of show. Shoutout to the Hungry Channel! Peep the recipe:

2 oz vodka (or a heavy pour...)
1/2 oz freshly squeezed and finely strained lemon juice
10-12 drops rhubarb bitters
10-12 drops Bergamot bitters
1 atomizer of absinthe
1 bottle chilled Ommegang Three Philosophers Quadrupel
1 fresh lemon rind
Matches

They even posted directions to really make it:

In a Boston Shaker add 2 oz vodka, ½ oz freshly squeezed and finely strained lemon juice, 10-12 drops rhubarb bitters, 10-12 drops Bergamot bitters. Add ice to the shaker, close and shake for a couple of minutes or until condensation appears on the outside of the shaker.

Prepare a large martini glass with absinthe spray from an atomizer. Spray twice coating the inside of the glass.

Strain the mixture from the shaker into the martini glass (until about ¾ full). Finish with chilled Ommegang Three Philosophers Quadrupel.

Peel a fresh lemon rind, light a match, let the sulfur burn off for a second. Place the lemon rind between two fingers near the flame and over the top of your drink, let the fire warm up the lemon rind for a few seconds, then 'pinch' the rind, spraying the lemon juice into the flame. The flame will flare. Drop the rind into the drink.
