How to make a Grand Marnier foam via Kathy Casey's Liquid Kitchen

I've never seen a foam made like this, but I can see how it adds a bit of texture and richness to your cocktail. Pretty good stuff!

2 Sheets Gelatin, bloomed
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
6 oz Simple Syrup
4 Egg Whites
3 oz Grand Marnier
