How to make the Banana Froster via Tipsy Bartender

This looks straight up incredible! Almost smoothie like...

1 banana
1.5 oz. Spiced Rum
1.5 oz. Creme de Bananas
1 oz. Whipping Cream
1 tbsp. Caramel Syrup
Caramel Syrup to garnish
Ground Nutmeg to garnish
Banana to garnish
