Smoking Hot Ginger (Tipsy Bartender)

Now this is my kind of recipe! I love a well-rounded cocktail especially with ginger and bitters in the fold.

2 oz. Whiskey
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Honey/Water mix (3 parts water, 1 part honey)
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Muddled Ginger
1 Rosemary Sprig
