Hot Buttered Rum (Tipsy Bartender)

I've certainly had this a few times in my life. It's a really tasty winter drink! Honestly, the recipe here needs some brown sugar - otherwise, you have a rum Sour with butter. So, I will modify it a bit.

2 oz Rum (Spiced Rum adds more flavor)
6 oz Boiling Water
Slice Lemon Peel
Brown Sugar
Small Square of Butter
Cinnamon Stick
