The Tea Room Sour (Tipsy Bartender)

This is honestly a well-timed cocktail for the simple fact that Fall is on the horizon. I always feel that a good Sour cocktail is great around this season due to the aroma and just the overall feel of it on a good evening. This is unique feel due to the more Japanese elements.

Recipe
1 oz Cachaca
1 oz Dark Aged Rum
3/4 oz Fukamushi & Hojicha Syrup
1/2 oz Aquafaba
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Garnish: Raw Fukamushi leaves & Hojicha Leaves
