The Contender (Tipsy Bartender)

I really dig this name and I know it has a bit of strength being mixed with both Bourbon and Whiskey. Check it out:

Recipe
1 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Rye Whiskey
⅓ oz. Cabernet Syrup
1 drop Saline
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Cabernet Fog (Cabernet Sauvignon + Dry Ice)
Wine: The Competitor Cabernet from Lodi 2015 @GaryVee
Garnish: Orange Peel
