Five Killer Halloween Cocktails (The Educated Barfly)

Awesome set of libations right here for y'all Halloween season!

Oaxacan Dead
1oz (30ml) Blanco Tequila
.5oz (15ml) Mezcal Espadin
.5oz (15ml) Tapatio 110 Tequila
.25oz (7.5ml) Charanda (Mexican Rum)
.5oz (15ml) Grenadine
.5oz (15ml) Lime Juice
.5oz (15ml) Grapefruit Juice
.5oz (15ml) Velvet Falernum
Dash of Angostura Bitters (somehow this got left out of the video)
Dash of Absinthe (also left out of the video...sorry guys)
Tiki Garnishes

Boo Berry Fix
1.5oz (45ml) Mellow Corn Bonded Corn Whiskey
1oz (30ml) Blueberry Syrup
.75oz (22.5ml) Lemon Juice
2 Dashes Allspice Dram
Mint Sprig Garnish
To make blueberry syrup use 1 pint blueberries for every 2 cups Simple Syrup. Place hot water and sugar (1:1 ratio) in a blender with Blueberries. Blend on high until all is blended then fine strain the solids out. Lasts 2 weeks.

Bible John
1.5oz (45ml) Scotch
1oz (30ml) Campari
.25oz (15ml) Cherry Heering
Laphroaig Mist
Orange Peel Garnish

Frankenstein's Monster
3oz (90ml) Jamaican Rum
1.5oz (45ml) Campari
2oz (60ml) Pineapple Juice
1oz (30ml) Lemon Hart 151
1oz (30ml) Grapefruit
1oz (30ml) Lime Juice
1oz (30ml) Cinnamon Syrup
.5oz (15ml) Maraschino Liqueur
Scant .5oz (15ml) Allspice Dram
Tiki Garnishes

Sangre De Los Flores
1.5oz (45ml) Mezcal
1.5oz (45ml) Blood Orange Juice
.5oz (15ml) Lime Juice
.5oz (15ml) Aperol
.5oz (15ml) Hibiscus Marigold Syrup
Garnish Marigolds
To make Hibiscus marigold syrup heat 1 Cup water in a sauce pan and steep Hibiscus tea. After 3 minutes add 1 Cup sugar and 1/4 Cup Marigold petals and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and bottle. Lasts 2 weeks in fridge.
