Guinness Punch (Tipsy Bartender)

4 Bottles Guinness Stout
4 oz. (120ml) Vanilla Vodka
4 oz. (120ml) Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
Garnish: Strawberry
